What did I have for breakfast? nothing
What did I have for lunch? munching greens ;p
What did I have for dinner? yummylicious mixed tom yam soup
Did I snack in between? not yet.. cucur and cream puff.. uhuhuhu.. some watermelon, 1 cup of coffee with equal and anlene ;p
Did I workout today? maybe later.. went to the gym during lunch.. did the usual 50x leg presses and 50 x abdominal.. hit the treadmill then 10 minutes on iGallop - 5 min gallopping and 5 min trotting :)
When and what is my next target? 30/06/2010 - 75.7kg
How much more do I need to lose? 3.9kg
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? 33.7%
