April

April is done. I managed to stay on track. Even better, I lost 700g more than I target and I did it in less than 1 month as I started only in second week of April. Well done me!! :)

To make this more fun, I have created a table for me to see my progress for April:


From what I noticed, my weight increased mostly during the weekend. But I guess this is ok because come Friday, I will be at my lowest weight of the week again.. at least it is still going down though it increased slightly every Monday. See you in May! :)
