Some useless analysis :)


Based on the table above, this is already my fourth attempt to diet since April. Only the first round I managed to stay on diet for 57 days. Both second and third attempt only lasted for 5 days. What went wrong? Why did I stop after 5 days? Well, I guess it's the weekend factor. I did not diet on the weekend and come the next Monday I just don't have the will to continue. So, this weekend, though I am going back to my hometown where yummy food are abundant, I need to control my desire and stay on diet. How am I going to do it? I am going to bring my cereals back. Hopefully I won't have anymore excuse to not stay focus on the diet :)
 
Though I lost most in this 4 days compared to previous rounds, the percentage is still lower than the second and third round. I am happy that it is higher than the first round though :) Wish me luck!
