Day 1 - New plan.. again!! :)

No matter how many times you fail, a woman never give up in dieting :) New regime begins! Last 2 weeks I had an assessment to become a trainer. I could never be far from food when I am studying hence, my weight went up to a shocking 89.4 kg! Not really shocking if you look at the way I gobble my food.

Anyway, last week I managed to control a bit and now I am 88.7kg. Hoping to shed a few kilos by my 30th birthday. Hope I am stronger this time around.

How much have I lost? 0kg
Did I take any supplement today? Nope
Did I wear my Corpsdereve DX today? skip
What did I have for breakfast? A cup of hot Anlene + Nestum
What did I have for lunch? A cup of cold chocolate Anlene + Oats + Banana
What did I have for dinner? Chicken soup with celery and carrots
Did I snack in between? 1 pear + snekku :)
Did I workout today? nope
When and what is my next target? 30/11/2010 - 88.5kg
How much more do I need to lose? 0.2kg
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? 0%
