What did I have for breakfast? A cup of 3 in 1 nescafe and 1 pear
What did I have for lunch? 1 pear + Sotong sambal + Vege
What did I have for dinner? 1 whole moon cake, lots of cucur (my hubby cooked!)
Did I snack in between? the banana crackers at the pantry is calling my name.. huhuuhuhuh... Finally I succumbed to temptation.. I had 1 piece of serunding simpul, 1 pineapple tart and TWO FISTS FULL of banana crackers.. a cup of black Nescafe with Equal, 1 cup of milk, lots of conrflake biscuits, 1 jackfruit tart, 1 big bite of lempuk..huhuhuhuh... my goodness..
Did I workout today? Totally!
Not too bad after almost 4 months rite..
When and what is my next target? 30/09/2010 - 83.5kgHow much more do I need to lose? 0.1kg - sikittttttttt je lagi.... :D
