Hola! I am back! After the long hiatus, here I am in my endless effort to be slim again. I just came back from a long eid holiday. As expected, all the weight lost in fasting month has came back with its friends so now, I am fatter than I was before the fasting month.
Anyway, I want to start my diet again. For those who are already bored with my dreams, you can leave now. As a start, for this week, I plan to live without carbo. Non at all. Not even biscuits. Let us see how long I can sustain this. I just had my period so I don't plan to go for any exercise this week. At least not the first 3 days.

What did I have for breakfast? A cup of 3 in 1 nescafe
What did I have for lunch? Chicken + Vege Tomyam
What did I have for dinner? 2 small fried mackerel and some stir fried spinach
Did I snack in between? 1 cup of nescafe with equal, 1 sip of my son's leftover Yakult drink,1 big bite of lempuk durian, 3 pieces of cornflake biscuits and a cup of Anlene hot chocolate
Did I workout today? Does shopping for groceries count?
When and what is my next target? 30/09/2010 - 83.5kg
How much more do I need to lose? 1.2kg
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? 0%
