What did I have for lunch? Grilled sea bass, grilled tomatoes, steamed carrot and broccoli
What did I have for dinner?1 pear n 1 apple
Did I snack in between? ice cream! Coke! Spicy potato chips! What happened to me.. I broke all the rule..
Did I workout today? Nope.. too lazy..
When and what is my next target? 31/05/2010 - 79.7kg
How much more do I need to lose? still 3.2kg more..
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? 20.0%
