Day 38

How much did I weigh this morning? 81.2kg.. well, i kinda expected this.. it's ok..
How much have I lost? back to 6.5kg..
Did I take any supplement today? nope..
What did I have for breakfast? half a plate of nasi lemak with iced nescafe
What did I have for lunch? after what i ate in the morning, i should not eat anything for the whole day ;p anyway, i had a pear for lunch..
What did I have for dinner? chicken and soup
Did I snack in between? nope..
Did I workout today? does spring cleaning the store room counts? It really drained my energy.. ;p
When and what is my next target? 31/05/2010 - 79.7kg
How much more do I need to lose? 1.5kg.. it's ok.. still on track..
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? 27.0%
