What did I have for breakfast? Nothing. Had my lactose at 10.30am..
What did I have for lunch? Blackpepper beef with onion
What did I have for dinner? soup and fish crackers
Did I snack in between? fish crackers and ice cream!!! 2 big bowl!!! my goodness..
Did I workout today? Nope.. it's weekend.. time to sleep..
When and what is my next target? 31/05/2010 - 79.7kg
How much more do I need to lose? 2.9kg
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? 21.3%
