Day 36

How much did I weigh this morning? 81.2kg.. yeay!
How much have I lost? 6.5kg.. i am so happy :)
Did I take any supplement today? no lactose today..
What did I have for breakfast? McDonald's black coffee.. yummy!!
What did I have for lunch? Egg tofu + mixed vege fried with oyster sauce
What did I have for dinner? a piece of fish cracker + 1 pear
Did I snack in between? 1 cream cracker
Did I workout today? not yet.. had to send my son to the airport.. i did! will update later ;p I went to the gym during lunch hour.. after stretching, I did the leg push (for front thigh) 100x, then I did the other leg push (for front thigh and buttock) 50x, then I did the abdominal exercise 20x+10+5+4+1, then I did the machine for arms and back muscle and last but not least, the treadmill
Earlier, I had finished 1.24km but had to stop to tie my shoelaces so altogether, I jog/brisk walk for about 4.44km.. what an achievement! :) to cool down, I sat on the iGallop for about 10 minutes..
When and what is my next target? 31/05/2010 - 79.7kg
How much more do I need to lose? 1.5kg.. come on..
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? 27.0%
