Day 35

How much did I weigh this morning? 81.8kg again.. it's ok i am still on track..
How much have I lost? 5.9kg.. still on track..
Did I take any supplement today? 1 packet of lactose again today..
What did I have for breakfast? black coffee only as I had lactose at 7am..
What did I have for lunch? salad and tomato with 2 pieces of cream cracker
What did I have for dinner? I had 2 pieces of humongous fried chicken and some mushroom fried with kentucky flour
Did I snack in between? 1 pear, 1 apple
Did I workout today? nope.. was supposed to go for the dance class in the afternoon but had to go back as no internet in the office and I need to send an urgent email
When and what is my next target? 31/05/2010 - 79.7kg
How much more do I need to lose? 2.1kg.. come on girl!
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? 24.5%
