Day 17

How much did I weigh this morning? i am not at home so i did not manage to weigh myself..
What did I have for breakfast? alot! 2 sunny side up, 1 big scoop of scramble egg.. 3 pieces of cold ham, 1 spoon of fried mee, 3 small pieces of chicken rendang
What did I have for lunch? 1 bowl of chicken soup and 1 plate of salad only! ;p
What did I have for dinner?
Did I snack in between? 2 glasses of orange juice, 2 cups of coffee, 1 plate of fruits, 2 samosas
Did I workout today? learned how to belly dance for 45 min..
When and what is my next target? 30/04/2010 - 83.7kg

How much more do I need to lose? I don't know..
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? Maybe less than 17.5%
