What did I have for breakfast? I am still fasting
What did I have for lunch? Another 2 days to fast then I am free!! :)
What did I have for dinner? started with 2 pieces of swiss roll, then I had 2 boiled sausages, then I had a few pieces of fish sausages and lastly I had mixed tomyam soup
Did I snack in between? some pears and 1 iced nescafe
Did I workout today? oh yes... 22 min on treadmill and I managed to jog/brisk walk for 2.66km and calories burnt was 196kcal.. Should be enough right?
When and what is my next target? 30/04/2010 - 83.7kg
How much more do I need to lose? 0kg
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? 18.3% :)
