Day 8

How much did I weigh this morning? 84.5kg (thank God there is some movement after what happened yesterday)
What did I have for breakfast? My final day of fasting this week so nothing..
What did I have for lunch? Nothing
What did I have for dinner? Probably some grilled chicken with steamed vege.. yummy.. No.. I had a big bowl of beef and meat ball soup.. And 1 small chicken..
Did I snack in between? 1 bowl of mixed fruits, 1 litre of orange cordial..
Did I workout today? 25 minutes on treadmill.. i was so lazy.. 
When and what is my next target? 30/04/2010 - 83.7kg
How much more do I need to lose? 0.8kg
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? 13.3%
