Today is the day I am starting this project. Maybe I should have some format so it would be easier for me to monitor it.

What did I have for breakfast? A glass of warm water + 10 spirulina tablet
What did I have for lunch? Full course complete with dessert.. huhuhuhuh..
What did I have for dinner? Dr Diet
Did I snack in between? I ate 3 chocolates.
Did I workout today? 40 min @ the gym
