Day 21

How much did I weigh this morning? 83.7kg.. good :)
What did I have for breakfast? I am fasting
What did I have for lunch? Nothing.. 3 days more to fast..
What did I have for dinner? broke my fast with 1/3 corn, then my goodness, i had a bowl of shark fin with chicken soup, then mushroom with some vege, then mussel with i don't know what, then i had 3 prawns cooked with oyster sauce, then we were served with fried rice but my son ate them all..
Did I snack in between? some chestnuts..
Did I workout today? nope.. again, I had appointment near my house in the morning but i joined the dance session @ my gym during lunch time and boy I had fun! I did not sweat much though because I am still not familiar with the steps.. but the rest of the class really sweat in the 1 hour class ;p
When and what is my next target? 30/04/2010 - 83.7kg
How much more do I need to lose? 0kg
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? 16.6%
