What did I have for lunch? Chikcken soup with some bread (4 or 5)
What did I have for dinner? 7 pieces of drummet
Did I snack in between? I ate 3 chocolates, banana fritters and some keropok lekor
Did I workout today? Yes. 20 min on treadmill, 20 min on bike and 10 min on iGallop
