Day 5

How much did I weigh this morning? 85.6kg
What did I have for breakfast? Nothing. I am fasting.
What did I have for lunch? Nothing. I am still fasting.
What did I have for dinner? 1 and a half roasted chicken thigh + steamed carrot n broccoli + 2 tall galss of orange cordial (empty sugar.. urghh.. i should stock up diet coke)
Did I snack in between? so far not yet
Did I workout today? 20 min treadmill, 10 min bicycle, 5 min iGallop
