How much did I weigh this morning? 83.5kg!! I have achieved my target!!! But this weekend I'll be staying in hotel and I am sure I will eat alot and gain back the weight.. huhuhuhuh..
What did I have for breakfast? I am fasting again today..
What did I have for lunch? 5 more days to fast.. I never imagine this day would come :)
What did I have for dinner? Dinner at Hotel tonite.. hopefully I could resist the temptation.. My oh my.. I started with 1 bowl of tom yam followed by 1 plate of salad and finally 1 big plate of beef and chicken..
Did I snack in between? 1 plate of fruits and 2 cups of coffee
Did I workout today? Woke up late today and in the afternoon I had to finish my proposal so NO workout today.. sigh~~
When and what is my next target? 30/04/2010 - 83.7kg
How much more do I need to lose? -0.2kg!!! heheheh.. maybe I should work for my next target.. 79.7kg by 31/05/2010
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? 17.5%
