How much did I weigh this morning? 84.5kg.. i thought so... but i think tomorrow would be better :D
What did I have for breakfast? 7 days more to fast
What did I have for lunch? Nothing
What did I have for dinner? Oh my.. I had a scoop of rice, 2 chicken and a scoop of cuttlefish..
Did I snack in between? One bowl of fruits and 1 cup of coffee..
Did I workout today? Oh yeah.. I started with leg push 50x then I did the abdominal exercise 50x then I lift 10lbs 2 sets of 50x (lift and swing) and after that I went on the treadmill for 20min and managed to finish more than 2.6km (including cool down).. last but not least 10 min on iGallop.. I feel really good after that :)
When and what is my next target? 30/04/2010 - 83.7kg
How much more do I need to lose? 0.8kg
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? 13.3%
