How much did I weigh this morning? 84.8kg (OMG! Why oh why.. I thought I did not eat much last night..)
What did I have for breakfast? Nothing..
What did I have for lunch? Tom Yam Soup.. and Asam Boi drink
What did I have for dinner? 3 pieces of grilled chicken + steamed carrot and broccoli
Did I snack in between? 2 cups of coffee
Did I workout today? 24 min on treadmill.. and I can now finish 600m jog in 1 shot :)
When and what is my next target? 30/04/2010 - 83.7kg
How much more do I need to lose? 1.1kg
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? 12.1%
