How much did I weigh this morning? 84.7kg (200g only? huhuhuh.. better than nothing rite ;p)
What did I have for breakfast? Fasting again
What did I have for lunch? Fasting.. but the chiken rice my brother had look yummy..
What did I have for dinner? OMG! I ate 6 slices of pizza! And i did not even exercise today!
Did I snack in between? 1 cup of coffee and almost a litre of orange cordial..
Did I workout today? I did not.. I wanted to but my plan was hijacked at the very last minute..
When and what is my next target? 30/04/2010 - 83.7kg
How much more do I need to lose? 1kg.. 16 days to lose 1kg ok la kan :)
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? 12.5%
