What did I have for breakfast? much more than yesterday! 2 sunny side up,a big scoop of scramble egg, one chicken rendang, 1 small scoop of kuy teow, 1 croissant, 1 french toast, 2 slices of ham
What did I have for lunch? 1 big scoop of chicken chop in small pieces, 1 big scoop of fried long beans, 1 spoon of rice, 1 piece of fish..
What did I have for dinner? 2 scoops of fried pasta, 1 murtabak, 1 glass of cendol, 1 piece of KFC, 1 wedges, a few fish crackers, 1 banana fritter
Did I snack in between? 2 cups of coffee, a few glasses of orange juices, a glass of ribena longan, a plate of honey dew,
Did I workout today? none at all
When and what is my next target? 30/04/2010 - 83.7kg
How much more do I need to lose? I am sure I am heavier than yesterday
Where am I at now from the ultimate goal? I am sure it is less than 17.5%
