How much did I weigh this morning? 84.9kg!! weehoo!!!!
What did I have for breakfast? None whatsoever.
What did I have for lunch? Nothing. I am fasting today.
What did I have for dinner? a cup of coffee + a small scoop of rice + 2 chicken thighs in honey + 1 bowl of fruit salad
Did I snack in between? many glasses of orange cordial
Did I workout today? 28 min treadmill... love it!!!!
