ReplyDeletetak lapar pun kak nieyna... 65g salad tu banyakkk.. sampai xleh nak telan dah rasa sbb x letak apa2 dressing.. bertahanla sampai kul 12 pastu minum shake sementara nak lunch :)

ReplyDeletekite rasa sbb all the while x minum air sgt so tetiba minum air maybe berat air + all the while kite mmg dah diet kan, so mcm x makan carbs tu perkara biasa kut... sbb tu x drastik mcm org lain.. mcm org lain x penah skip carbs maybe lagi cepatlah diorang kurus..
