Remember this post? Well, recently I found out that I am taller than I thought I was.My height is actually 1.67m. All these while I thought I was only 1.65m :) So, that means the BMI schedule would have a slight change. Here is how the table should be.
Noticed that I am now at Overweight category? I really hope by the time I am pregnant, I could reduce it to Normal. Is it ok if I control my food intake when I am pregnant? Does the baby get the nutrient direct from my food intake or from what I already have in my body? Well, not that I am going to continue taking diet supplements and reduce my food intake drastically, just that I hope I can control the portion I take when I am pregnant. I don't want to be 102kg again, ever!
Shall do a little research on this and update when I get the information.
